Morgan Technical Ceramics Auburn has been supplying Alumina products to the analytical industry for over 25 years.
Our exceptional technical expertise in this area means we can work closely with customers to manufacture components such as insulators and lens supports for SEM & FIB columns, rods and collars for mass spectrophotometers, valves for blood analysis and octupole insulators and supports.
Our Alumina products have excellent properties for high voltage applications and our material is formulated for bare, metallized and Ni plated products. We can also provide straight right cylinder straightness to 10 microinch per inch and roundness to <20 microinches.
Our material technicians are experts at providing complex assemblies and closely toleranced metallized patterns providing optimal mechanical attachment and hermetic sealing in high vacuum applications.
