MTC Auburn produce products from two materials: 97.5% Alumina (AL300) and our own 99.5% Alumina (CAC995).
In addition to manufacturing basic Alumina components, MTC Auburn is fully integrated with respect to the production of metallized Alumina components and brazed assemblies. Closely toleranced metallized patterns are routinely produced for use as electrically conductive pathways or for surface preparations for mechanical attachment and hermetic sealing via brazing.
We utilize state-of-the-art technologies and methods that enable us to manufacture products that meet exacting customer specifications. This includes the ability to routinely achieve tolerances within millionths of an inch, a key distinction between MTC Auburn and most of its competitors.
