Providing a stable platform for electron and ion generation, our emitter bases feature a ceramic base made from our high purity Alumina with two pins metalized to it. These pins are usually bent and ground or machined to tight specifications.
These bases are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes which are custom designed for the customer’s specific application such as SEM, TEM, Focused Ion Beam (FIB) products. Our experience with metalizing and brazed assemblies means we can offer a value added solution to all our customers.
