Sensor Components

MTC Auburn has been making sensor components for the aeorospace and some defence related equipment for over 20 years.

Our high purity Alumina is used to manufacture metalized assemblies that feature tight tolerances and specifications in a range of small sizes up to 1.25” long and ~.75” in diameter.

These sensor components are available as bare ceramic or metalized without any assembly but we specialise in supplying the complete part with all components and secondary operations such as coatings and testing. This makes these products perfect for applications such as proximity sensors used in aircraft for control surfaces and components used for sensing toxic gasses.

Our ability to provide the complete “package” for these sensors provides major cost and time savings for our customers. We will work closely with our customers from design to production providing a superior quality product.
